A £1,811 elottery winning cheque is undelivered – yes it happens to elottery too
Here is some of the latest news from elottery head office. It turns out that On the 13th November 2008, the Member Support team had a winnings cheque of £1,811 returned by the postie.
This is not the first time that a cheque has been returned as “no longer at this address” – in fact, it happens several times a month. Some crazy people dont seem to want their lotto winnings, not sure who wouldn't want a cheque for nearly £2k.
One of the benefits of being an e-lottery member is that the company take away the stresses of having to find your lottery tickets, check the numbers to see if you have won, and keep your ticket safe should you be lucky enough to win.Elottery head office make sure that all of the many thousands of eltotery members receive 100% of their share of a prize.
However in order for them to do that,the company needs to have your correct and current details. So if your a member, or if you decide to join us in the future, always make sure that you update your details should anything change.
The elottery Player in question had moved house and forgotten to let us know of the change. Thankfully, they had included a mobile phone number in their membership details and so we have managed to get in contact with this lucky person – they’ll now receive their cheque!
Moral of the story? Make sure you check your winnings and let us know if you move house! Please, log in to your back office NOW to check that all your details are correct (just go to the My Details tab). Maybe you could suggest that your team reads this too, so that they can update their details.
