Lottery Results in UK National and euromillions lotto
Did anyone win euromillions rollover
EuroMillions news: Okay so loads of emails are coming asking me if anyone won fridays euro millions lottery rollover jackpot worth a staggering £120 million, well it has been confirmed that one lucky ticket match all five main euro numbers and those two lucky stars.
What's not yet known is if the ticket is part of a lottery syndicate or a single ticket holder. Wow imagine if it was one lucky lottery player, hmm that means they now take the record for the biggest single lottery win ever, which was set by Delores McNamara, from Ireland, who scooped £77million back in 2005.
The winning euromillions ticket was sold in the heart of Madrid's tourist district. Ana Maria Rinco, is the manager of the kiosk where the lotto ticket was sold, she said: "We have customers from all over, and many of them are British." The numbers were: 4, 23, 24, 29, 31 and Lucky Stars 8 and 9.
A spokesman for Loterias y Apuestas del Estado, the EuroMillions operator in Spain, said: "We have no idea of the nationality but the winner could easily be a British tourist. This is because, the lucky jackpot winner has not been identified yet.
The EuroMillions lottery, takes place every Friday, pools stakes from nine countries the UK, the Irish Republic, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The main jackpot is rolled over if there is no winner upto a maximum of 12 times, at this point the jackpot is then "rolled down" to the next winning prize category.
Ah well, I know two things, 1) Sadly it was not me, and 2) It was won, so next week's european lottery draw is back to a normal £13 million.
