An update
Well thats it another week over and the start of what is meant to be a rainy weekend. The draw last night was won by just two lucky tickets, who scooped about forty five million pounds each, wow luck them. Sadly it wasn't me, so I will be back driving to work on monday, and as of yet cant sack the boss. Tonights UK lotto isn't a rollover so its back to normal draws for a while.
Elottey has seen a lot of new members over the last week, and all those flyers and business cards I have put out recently have really worked, with a lot of new members for myself too. Its amazing to see the results of a hard week of offline promotion. I must have put out about 8,000 buiness cards and 2,000 flyers, but heck its been worth it, and I did this all around my job too. If I can do it anyone can.
Yesterday I went for my very first ever sports massage, some of my regular blog readers will know that I am a keen runner, and can ofter be seen running around Portsmouth, and up Portsdown hill (which for those of you who know it, know it to be steep) Anyway I have developed a condition called runners knee, which means I need to rest the knee and do no excercise that impacts on it, so its no running or rowing for a while. Luckily I can still cycle, which is handy as I am off in 2 weks to do a 600 mile bike ride across 5 countries in europe in just three days.
Anyway so I went for my very first ever sports massage the other day, and wow is it a weird experience, you pay for someone to inflict pain on you. It does not hurt all the time, but from time to time, when they find a knot in your muscles, as they apply pressure to iron it out wow it can hurt for a minute. Strangely though, its very relaxing, and you can tell it works. Now (the next day) there is little blood spots all over my legs where the blood has come through to the surface and my legs have a wierd warm feeling. Well worth it though, next time I may go for a more relaxing massage.
